Picnic on the Deathstrip

I slept this morning until after midday! That's how shattered I was!
I did not touch the laptop - just a couple of calls - easy!
It is a holiday in Germany: Father's Day

A reason to get out with the Mates and a crate of beer :)

We also took the bikes and explored the many green areas of Berlin.
It was warm but still a bit chill in the shadow.

The picture is taken in Alt-Treptow. This was a former Death strip with an old DDR Watchtower, now transformed to a park where you can have, picnics, BBQs and parties.
Much nicer ;)
The parks of Berlin were heaving with people yesterday, celebrating the day off with food, beer, music and company.

We also found a sunny spot to relax a couple of hours.
In the evening we finally managed to go out properly. Were only back home at 5 am ......
