Shattered!

That's how I am feeling tonight after a long almost 12 mile walk with my walking group today. It was a delightful walk, we saw many wild flowers, various churches, some stunning scenery and a cow who had just given birth to a calf. I have shown this in extras but I wasn't able to get too close as we didn't want to disturb the pair of them.
