Geranuim phaeum

(or 'mourning widow')growing in the garden, peeking above the Gunnera manicata (or 'giant rhubarb')in the morning sunlight.
(The extra is of my Mum enjoying a Costa coffee at the hospital with my Son, Grandson and Daughter-in-law.  It was Mum's first visit to a Costa!!!)
