First riding lesson....

...for Sophia today! The hat and jodhpurs we gave her for Christmas, together with the promise of two starter lessons happened this morning. She looked a natural.....'though we didn't get many smiles as she walked and even trotted on Ella. Serious stuff obviously!

Out to lunch afterwards and then back to Matthew and Emma's and a tour of the enormous extension of their house that's coming on very nicely. 

Two long, hot journeys today and my dream of having a sports convertible seemed very good indeed and almost a definite!
