Blossom

I didn't even have to move from my chair to take this blip of the cherry tree in our family's garden. This time of year when it is in full bloom it dominates their small garden. By the end of the hot afternoon the blossom was beginning to drop and blow all over the garden.
We had a brilliant barbecue and so enjoyed the company of son J, d-i-l M and two huge teenage boys Jake and George. We sat outside until 7pm until we went indoors to watch the programme about David Attenborough.
Home now, after such a happy day.
