My eldest is doing a project on forces. He's been learning about gravity and a little about Isaac Newton. This week he had to produce a poster about the life of Isaac Newton and his discoveries but decided it would be more fun to make a paper mâché apple and stick the information on that rather than a plain piece of card.

He's We've been making the apple all week and it is very nearly almost finished. Today he had to do the research on Isaac Newton and write out bits of information. I decided it would be more fun to do that in a cafe rather than at home.

So, while my middle boy was at football training and the littlest and his daddy were feeding the ducks, we went to our new German coffee shop and had mango tea, waffles and a little bit of work.
