The Big Dales

I always feel a bit of a cheat when I use the train to get deeper into the Dales than my fitness allows, but I think it's justified at the moment! It was an astonishingly beautiful day, and possibly warmer than any single day we had in the whole of last summer. I'm rather enjoying just tootling about without pressure of time, and the temperature was very conducive to that. I met some lovely people on the way and it was good to feel free to stop and chat. I feel like I did quite a lot of chatting!

Once again, very hard to decide what to post from very many shots, but this spoke to me more than any other. It says something about the scale of the Dales today. It just felt big.
