Picnic, Skateboards and BMX

It was a wonderful Day in Berlin.
We got up reasonably early despite the very late night and prepared to get out with the bikes and the picnic basket (which is a Rucksack actually).

There are plenty of green spaces in Berlin and we decided to go to the Park im Gleisdreieck. 
It is again a big park with lots of options. Since it used to be railway area, there are still plenty of old tracks going through the park, which is quite interesting.
After our picnic and a snooze in the sun we were looking for some caffein in order to wake up again. 
We found a place aside a Skatepark and BMX area.

It was great to watch them flying along and doing all sorts of artistic stuff with their boards, scooters and bikes.
I was trying to capture some of the show and was very impressed about the one with the BMX bike.

On the way home we cycled to the Potsdamer Platz which I had not seen yet, since the wall came down. WOW - very impressive.... but that's for another Blip :)
 
In the evening we went for a dinner and stayed up to celebrate into N's birthday.
