Bubble and Squeek

Just when I thought things were looking up! Went for a jog this morning and felt a thud in my heel like somebody had kicked a stone onto me and I heard a dull pop. Anyway, I have ruptured my Achilles' tendon, so I am probably looking at least six months out of action, bang goes my summer! Needless to say I am feeling very sorry for myself.
