I dislike track training, I dislike it a lot. Rep after rep after rep.
As I can't make club track training on a Tuesday night I often have to do it on my own the following day. 6 x800m efforts with a 90 second recovery in between each rep is truly horrific - especially when you're on your own... and today it rained. Hard.
Never been a sprinter, never will be a sprinter but the rotten reps do pay off in races.
In other news it's another working day closer to retirement... yippeeeeee
