What's she got now?

Got a new 'toy' today - a ring light. I never liked flash and rarely used it until I got Pixie - a black dog needs bright lighting or it becomes a black blob. Then using flash meant yellow or green eyes which had to be photoshopped ....
I saw the ring light which seemed better because it is a continuous light, not a flash. So, needed to try it out - shoot the dogs!  Mystic and Bess seemed to be  less comfortable with the bright light sharing in their faces but Merlin, as you can see, really didn't bother apart from just keeping a eye on me. I love the even light and the fact you can see exactly what the light is doing as you compose the shot.
