Expressions

Went to Glasgow today and visited two museums. This exhibition 'expressions' was in the Kelvingrove Museum and Art Gallery - a beautiful, red sandstone building from 1901, in a park near the university. We spent two hours in there and only scratched the surface of what it has to offer before moving on to the award winning Riverside Museum of Transport - covering everything from babies prams to hearses! Buses, trams, trains, cars bicycles  - if it moves, it's there. See the 'extra' for an overview from the gallery of the cars and buses - these are not models - they are full size, original vehicles - the wall of cars is fantastic - but without people to add scale the photo looks like a toy shop display !
