Frome 10km = Done

Today I entered and completed Frome 10km race. It was hot and the race start delayed for 15mins which in the heat was not a great start!

I finished in 1hr 5mins which was not as good as I had hopped but I think the heat got to me and I was one paced. The supporters along the route were great, cheering and clapping and playing music, such a great atmosphere, wish I could have enjoyed it more!

Race done and off to work!

I realised running takes less organising than triathlons, trainers and your ready to go!
