Breakfast in Spitalfields at the English Restaurant this morning. Ironically, most of the staff are French and there were 2 tables of French visitors dining there when I walked through the door.

My shouts of "Vive Le Tour! Vive le Gentleman (Bradley Wiggins)!" were met with smiles and laughter ...

Spitalfields and Shoreditch are Street Art Heaven ... The ROA Hedgehog in Shoreditch ... Blipping massive ...

Tess started her week as a Runner on the BBC series 'Midwives' today.
Finn's off to California on Wednesday.

Haven't told Jackie Milburn or Dot Cotton that Ali and I are off to the west of Ireland on Friday!
