A walk in Tring Park

After running a few errands first thing Ted and I walked in Tring Park, I was looking forward to it as the weather was lovely but my Achilles, despite much improvement over the last few weeks, was so painful and I have done nothing extra ordinary to make it so......feeling very annoyed and miserable!
