Shocked

Our little park home community are in shock today.

A neighbours car caught fire and also set their house alight. No one was hurt thank goodness but it was awful to witness. I hadn't appreciated how quickly car fires, or any fire I guess, gets out of control. It took the fire brigade 20 minutes to arrive and they had it under control quickly. The house is badly damaged at the rear but the front has been saved, although the smoke and water damage will be awful.

The neighbours are stopping with their daughter and must be in deep shock. Everyone will rally round because that's what we do.

Sadly we will not be around to help as we're off on our long panned trip to the USA with our friends Steve and Sarah. A plan hatched during my Chemo 3 years ago....hopefully I'll be able to blip while we're there :)
