Tulips

Sometimes flowers look more interesting when they are past their best.
These tulips are now a week old, but what wonderful shapes they form just before the petals fall.

We have just spent a very enjoyable day with our dear friends who are over visiting from Spain. ( Fellow blipper Northernlass)
A and I had a laugh as Mr C and Al had an enjoyable afternoon reminiscing about old times, and trying to remember people's names! ( going back 40 + years)
Hope the weather warms up for the rest of their visit as it is so cold and windy again.
