Aira Force waterfalls.
Another nice day to begin with, having started out sunny and warm I was wearing a short sleeve shirt, but the wind was decidedly chillier.
We journeyed to Castle Rig Stones Keswick, first as a few of the guests had not been there before. Glorious sunshine but with a very cold wind. I was glad to get back in the car to warm up a bit!!
From Castle Rig stones we went on to Aira Force Waterfalls, near Ullswater, where we spent two hours approximately taking shots of the falls.
After this we journeyed on to Martindale and visited the Church renowned to be one of the oldest churches in the Lake District. Took quite a few shots of the inside. Well worth a visit.
By this time the weather had turned and was raining and cold with it. At least it was the end of the week and not at the beginning!!!
It has been an excellent week at LPH in every way, stunning weather, great guests and excellent photography as usual.
Back to reality again!! May be another week up here next year!!!
Castle Rig Stones in the extras.
Take care.
