Hard labour!

If I'd realised this was to be my 500th blip, I might have made it more special... Still it was the evidence of some extremely hard work!

This is the result of 3 hours hard labour in the garden today! The magnolia has been clogged over the last couple of years by some winter jasmine which had got out of control and our pretty hydrangea was also struggling to survive. I got stuck in and got out all the jasmine and as much root as I could as well as all the other rubbish there. Cleared the dead wood off the buddleia, an old rose and the hydrangea and cleared a mass of other mess out while I was at it. Really pleased, remind me to haul out any jasmine I see trying to reestablish itself. Extra pic is of the starting position!
