Carnival Atmosphere

An unusual sight for the London Road in Bath. No not the huge artic unloading outside Dominos but the two ladies in Carnival costume advertising a Carnival to take place in Bath in late August.

I believe the ostensible reason is to give a good send-off to Olympic and Para-Olympic athletes leaving Bath. Or maybe it's an excuse to have a summer event that isn't rained off, hopefully.

They chose the right day for it...
