Inquisitive

These youngsters followed us all round the field.
I think they had just been let out and were very frisky, and probably wondered what these strange people were doing walking across their field. ( see extra shot)
The forecast was for cold weather today, and so we were pleasantly surprised how warm it was on our 7 mile circular walk, from Kirkby Overblow, South of Harrogate.( extra photo of the church and cherry blossom)
The countryside looks so green and lush at the moment. The hedgerows full of wild flowers. However we were surprised to see how dry some of the wheat fields were. Large cracks in the soil. Really could do with some rain!
