Blue Tits nesting in the old Meredith water pump again this year. Three years ago the nest got washed out in a deluge, and the youngsters died. Two years ago I erected an 'acme' shelter out of canes & a bit of plastic, and the young fledged successfully. This year they get my 'comedy' head umbrella, which, to be honest, doesn't get used much in everyday to-ing & fro-ing...
