Bird

I saw this bird on the phone wires near my parents' house today. I don't know what it is. At first I thought it may be one of the long tailed tits nesting in my Dad's garden, but it doesn't look like the ones in Brian's bird Guide. 

I hope Brian knows what it is! It's not the best shot, I used the full extent of my zoom -  but this and a sparrow on the same wire are the only shots I took today.
