Speedwell

A busy day. Work, then home to give massage, then back to town again because the person I was trying to contact could never come to the phone. By the time I had done my errands and dropped into the drop in, where she works, it had closed!

Still, it allowed me the time to walk around town with my seeing and noticing eyes on. That was great: usually I am in too much of a hurry to notice much.

During my meditation (mindfulness) today, bit only did Bomble sit with me, quiet as can be, but the Great Spotted Woodpecker also came to feed at least twice. CleanSteve has a great shot of it from earlier in the afternoon.
