He's back....

For those of you that are recent followers of my drivel may never have met Kent before. He's a stuffed seal, I share a bed with him, have done for a decade. I don't know why either....

A stupidly busy day with a 120 mile drive up to our office complex in Bourne Lincolnshire for a tour around then back down the A1 sharpish to get over to the first 10K race of the summer in the midweek league (usually on Thursdays). I came 43rd out of 400 which was ok but the team only came third overall so disappointing

Anyway its bedtime... with Kent.
