City Flowerbeds

There is always a great display of flowers each year in the park. The gardeners do wonders now their budget has been cut. I took this and the extra shot in a hurry as I crossed Christ's Pieces, on my way to the bus station, seen in the background. I caught the guided bus to Hinchingbrooke Hospital, Hunts,  for my post hip op check up. Everything fine but I must still exercise and be careful of some movements for another couple of months. It's been raining on and off for most of the day and the park seats, which are usually full of people, were wet and empty. Not many people about either.
