Tiny Clematis flower

Visited brother-in-law today. It was a beautiful day which we spent outside for whole time we were there. Covering a neighbour's fence was this Clematis. The flower is tiny (about the size of a 20p piece) and the fence was covered with the blooms sparkling in the sunlight.
