Costa Del Brighton

Busy day spent cleaning, swam 40 lengths, quick trip to the supermarket and then went to visit Lisa-Jane for a catch up. Lisa's apartment has a huge south facing terrace with this wonderful view and the benefit of a communal pool, which she says hardly anyone uses. Next time, I'll take my swimming costume there!

Back home to finish the cleaning, cooked a chicken tikka jalfrezi for later and we're now going to walk down to the beach with the boys.
