Spider!

(Better large, if you can stand it!)

Working from home today before heading up to Nottingham this evening. I'd spotted this little blighter in the rose bush when I got home last night. As a lunch time exercise I thought I'd have a try and see if I could get a shot. He seems to be enjoying his lunch too!

Although it feels quite still out today, I discovered quickly how much a large spiders web moves in even the slightest breath of wind. I'd taken an extension tube out to try and get closer but just the macro lens was hard enough to get focussed. I think there may have been more luck than judgement involved here.

Right... back to work!
