Matthew set off early to stay with a friend in Nottingham before starting a new job in Lincoln on Monday. It is his birthday today so it was a rather quick Happy Birthday before he was off on his travels.

Richard set off for York and so it was just Jet and I left at home. Decided to give him an early walk in case the weather deteriorated later in the day. It proved to be a good decision as I looked out a moment ago to see heavy rain falling.
