Serious business

Having barely broken sweat in being trounced at doubles last night I acquitted myself far better in a game of singles this morning - I still lost of course! Meanwhile on the adjacent courts New Malden's second team were fighting it out against Ewell in what looked like a very tight match. I liked this shot because the players changing ends at opposite ends of the net - it makes the whole thing look far more serious and bad tempered than Sunday morning doubles matches really are (in most cases!)
