Early morning

First thing this morning the sun was beginning to burn off some of the low cloud.  It eventually came through and I headed for the allotment.  After putting the potatoes in I realised I probably hadn't done my back much good.  A stroll along the clifftops in the afternoon to try and ease the stiffness.  We'll see how it is tomorrow.  I don't think the physio will be impressed.
