Woodbury Castle

I stopped off at Woodbury Castle before the visit to the physio.  Woodbury Castle is an Iron Age hillfort with only the ramparts and ditches remaining, as can be seen in the photo.

It was good news with my back, yesterday's strain had eased and there is no need for more visits.
