In Dublin's fair city

The alarm went off at 03.40 this morning! Flight took off at 06.30 and arrived in Dublin about an hour later. Checked into the hotel at about 08.30 and left our bags, then went exploring!
Started by going to the Temple district to have coffee and muffin - so yummy. Then a wander along the banks of the River Liffey to the Jameson's distillery. Great tour round then had to sample a dram but fortunately it was past the yardarm by then so we were OK. Continued exploring after stopping in a pub for Irish Stew which was great. Finally gave in by about 4.00 and came back to the hotel for a nap. Later a short walk to a nearby park then it was time for JP to go to his business meeting and early bed for me!
