Only in Iceland...
We went for a drive today to look for a farm that makes and sells ice cream from their cows. Usually these excursions turn into wild geese chases, where we do not have an address or the place's name, just a vague 'it is on this or that road past this or that town'., but lo and behold, this time we actually found the farm and the ice cream! I had vanilla and licorice, and M had mango and licorice, the cones tasted like caramel reminiscent of the Dutch 'stroopwafels', delicious. On the way we saw this unmanned Egg stand, one is supposed to put the money in a tin and take the eggs, there was already a few notes in the tin. I find it amazing that people are so honest. In South Africa someone would steal all the eggs or all the money, it will never work.
