"Where are you??  It's after eight o'clock and I need to go to bed."
Well I might as well too now that my fasting has well and truly started and I'll have to get up very early tomorrow to start taking all that disgusting 'Prep' again for the hospital appointment at 5.30 pm - goodness knows when my next meal will be.

Hope the little Starling finds Mum and his sleeping quarters before too long.
