Mr Whiskers - Backblip
Another beautiful day. Mr T found a perfect plane spotting place at Mildenhall in a Farmer's field. The kindly farmer provides a large trailer with straw bales to sit on and Mr T was in his element and saw loads of interesting comings and goings on the airfield.
I chose to stay around Matilda and went for a lovely walk through the woods which is where I saw Mr Whiskers, lots of yellow Brimstone Butterflies flitting around but never landing and too fast for me to get a photo and lots of Squirrels chattering in the trees.
I'm posting this a day late and have woken this morning (Tue) to the awful news of the bomb attack on the Manchester Arena, 22 deaths and 59 injured. One of Mr T's grandsons works for Capital Radio and should have been at the concert last night but at the last minute had another gig to attend: his road crew were there though but we've just heard they are all accounted for and uninjured. One of the Crew's friends is missing and news of her is still awaited. What a very sad and horrific evening for many.
