MonoMonday: Numbers. Sphygmomanometer

This is my Sphygmo from my Ambulance days, in layman's terms it is a Blood Pressure Cuff used to check your Blood pressure. Today has been miserably cold and now it is bucketing down with rain. The best thing is the Fire is going and the house is warm. I visited my GP today after my unusual Chest pain it felt like my Heart was being pushed about 500mm out of my chest. The Doctor thinks it may have been the 15 chicken wings I ate. The Doctor believes that the running I am doing will outweigh any medication or further testing in the way of benefits. I am unanimous on that decison
