Dead things

Yesterday I had bloods drawn for testing and today we had our workplace Health Surveillance carried out, the spirometry test is the one I dislike the most. I also took the Flu Vaccine this year after being knocked around by the flu last year. I had no energy on my run tonight but still managed it, I felt a bit like these dead things I captured in the garden tonight.
