Back blip

We hardly ever buy meat in Cairo, but Bb had bought some for dinner which we had with baked potato, onions, mushrooms and mixed veg. Just what the Dr ordered!

I'm behind with blips again and trying to get up to date...again.

This current course is going well, with lovely trainees, no-one in danger of failing and quite a few strong ones. They're a pleasure to train and see develop.
