Golden evening

A bit of a messy day today.  We had to stay in for a visit from British Gas to inspect our boiler.  Unfortunately,  although the boiler was fitted from new by British Gas four years ago it failed the inspection because the rules have changed and the flue needed another fixing collar.  Unfortunately it is so inaccessible that I have had to cut a hole in our bathroom ceiling to gain access to the appropriate bit of roof space.  What a complete pain!

Ali and Lucie came over and it was really nice see them (see extra)

The day finished off with a lovely golden sunset over the lake.  We have been really lucky with the weather (apart from Friday evening's concert!)
