Oriole Challenge

First year male orchard oriole (yellow and black) challenges a mature male orchard oriole (reddish-chestnut and black) in the middle of the prairie. Two female orchard orioles were watching and sometimes participating in the match. The noise they made was like a group of house sparrows fighting.

Lens was focused on the mature male. Extra is the first year male in better focus.

Added several species to my ebird list this morning: orchard oriole, eastern kingbird, and alder flycatcher.
