Lunchtime out
A nice quite work day, then we went out for a team lunch at Ask Italian, where I got my blip for today it's RIGATONI AL MANZO PICCANTE (A bit hot for me), which is baked rigatoni pasta with ragu, beef meatballs, green chillies, fire-roasted red peppers, white wine and caramelised onions. Topped with mozzarella and Grana Padano cheese; served with a side salad and then PROFITEROLES AL CIOCCOLATO (yummy) Profiteroles packed with Italian-style soft ice cream, covered with hot chocolate sauce.
