Healthy Lunch

After yesterday business lunch I was filled with remorse and regrets, so half a slice of toast pinched off my son Thomas in the morning and a cup of tea at home, Then got to work and had the last of our brunch bars due to the canteen didn't have any bread and then had a blip at lunch of my chicken mayo salad and carrot sticks, then just out of shot a bag of chicken crisps and full fat coke, well I'm not an Angel.
