Ahhhh !

Do nt they look cute ! There were more but they were still busy eating the fallen sunflower seeds. It's been interesting watching the family. Dad stands guarding them while they scatter around pecking at bugs and other mini beasties. Mum will hide them under her wings while they sleep. When she gets up and walks away she gently calls them sounding more like a duck. They chirp away and constantly call. They are actually quite good at 'flying' despite having such little wings.I say flying but really it's a jumping with a flap but it gets tem to where they want to be.
The Pinemarten was back again.Two new baby greenfinches and I do nt think it will be long before the starlings start arriving. I'll know when they are there as they are not the quietest and I can even hear them even though their nest is further up the hill.
Do nt know if the photo will fit in with wide angled Wednesday but they are abit yellow. It's definitely wild and wild Wednesday:)
