Pretty little lacewing
I think this lacewing was pleased that the weather had cooled down in the evening and it flew past me when I was having a cup of tea watching the sun go down. It disappears behind the hill along time before the actually sunset and it was still light enough to see up until 10.30pm. Lots of bats were also enjoying the warmth.
Richard eventually got home from Manchester after missing a connecting train from Edinburgh as there was a cow on the track. Fortunately he made it to the bus station and caught a bus back to Inverness.
Mikes now back from London/Milton Keynes. A couple of days at home and then he's away again.
Davids final pieces of work have been handed in.
We had a BBQ tonight and probably smoked everyone out as it seemed to be quite smokey, the burgers and sausages tasted good though.
