Schools Closed Today!

The heavy snow at school meant that the buses couldn't run and so Middle School was closed for the day. The High School remained open as it is located in the Tyne Valley and so had less severe snowfall, so I still had the taxiing to do! My youngest daughter came up to do the ponies with me and enjoyed throwing snowballs and sliding on the rapidly melting whiteness.The old dog was happy sniffing everywhere and eating great mouthfuls of fresh snow.By mid afternoon everything was melting, what a shame!
