Just another day at Cramahe House.

Elder Berries.......I have a few, some purple elders and some lime elders. Although I am certainly 'not' a baker, I understand that you can do many things with the berries, pies, wine, relish and so on.
This particular purple elder actually died off 3 or 4 years ago, however it began to refuvinate from a wee tiny stem in the ground. It has become quite a large bush. We are patiently awaiting the berries to turn purple.
