Sailor Pink

Sadly we packed up the tent this morning. In the hottest sunshine. I'm sad to go home but it won't long until we escape the building work again. And it will be nice to have a "proper" shower!
We made our journey home via Wroxham. We booked up our boat, and then enjoyed a picnic, which we ended up having to share with the swans!!
The boat company told us all to wear our lifejackets, but that they understood it was very hot, so to use our discretion. The mini pinks kept theirs on for most of the the boat trip, including Miss Pink's very cute "boating coat" as she called it. The mini pinks really enjoyed the boat trip, mostly the swans and ducks bobbing alongside. I had a little go at steering the boat, and so did Master Pink, but we left most of it to Daddy. It was lovely having the slight breeze and the hot sunshine.
More icecreams, and then back home.
It's 11.30 as I'm writing this. Miss Pink who went to sleep in the car, is still wide awake.
