Wonders!

As a pod of Orcas (Killer Whales) have been seen in the Moray Firth, headed up to Tarbat to see if they were in the sun. They were not but I was delighted to find Small Blue butterflies on some large patches of Kidney Vetch. Also, got one on some uncommon Purple Milk Vetch, but this one was better.
They are so tiny, barely a cm from wingtip to wingtip. They only look blue in flight and are much darker when still. Little beauties!
It was a glorious day!
